NH VOAD Board
Jon is the president of St. Joseph Community Services overseeing Meals on Wheels and community dining for Hillsborough County, NH.
Prior to assuming this role, Jon was vice president of innovation for Crotched Mountain Foundation where he was responsible for overseeing their assistive technology division and HUD housing serving seniors and people with disabilities. Also, as executive director of Crotched Mountain Residential Services he provided housing, residential and day supports to nearly 200 children, adults and seniors.
Jon has worked in the disability-related field for more than 40 years and has provided housing and support services to people with disabilities throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and New York. A graduate of Springfield College, Jon holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a certificate in Community Healthcare Management from Antioch University New England.
Community Partnerships Manager at American Red Cross Northern New England Region
Katie Perrett is the Emergency Disaster Services (EDS) Director for The Salvation Army’s Northern New England Division serving Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Katie has held several roles with The Salvation Army over the past 16 years, solidifying her passion for the non-profit world, and working to partner with communities to help during some of their most vulnerable times.
Katie’s first introduction to the EDS program was the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Spending time with a team at Ground Zero and providing meals to the heroes that worked tirelessly to remove debris made a lasting impact on Katie’s life.
Since then, Katie has deployed to other disasters both with the U.S. Navy and with The Salvation Army including Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ida, Hurricane Fiona, Hurricane Milton, and the 2023 and 2024 VT Floods.
Katie proudly serves on all three Northern New England VOAD Boards.
